IIS Guard simply lists the URLs on a server that are taking time to execute. I think there is more to IIS performance bebugging than just the execution time.

While it gives you some insight on the requests being processed, it has some obvious limitations like heavy static files, which are not any performance bottleneck for the server as such, are also listed in red.

However, we were not able to successfully create new user from the User interface, as it gave some errors related to cipher. A work around for this problem is to directly create the user from the SQL Editor. The command for creating new user is:

Consider installing Winzip only when you actually want to buy it. After the trial period is over, it becomes extremely irritating to use this software as the nag screen does not disappear for long time.

If you do not wish to buy winzip, then we recommend you to use either the in built unzip feature of Windows or install any other zip application which is freely available.
